2026 Stall Holder Applications

The 2026 Wandi Nutfest is returning with a brand-new, expanded two-day format! We are actively searching for all amazing and talented market stalls to join us for this exciting event.

 

Event Dates: Friday, April 17th – Saturday, April 18th, 2026.

 

Reason for Date Change: The new date aligns with the peak of the Victorian School holidays and respectfully considers Anzac Day (April 25th).

 

Day-by-Day Schedule

  • Friday, April 17th (1:00 PM – 9:00 PM): Opening Night. The focus is on Food and Beverages vendors to feed the crowds and set the atmosphere with talented music artists.

  • Saturday, April 18th (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM): Main Festival Day. This is the classic event everyone loves, featuring family activities, Market Stalls, Local produce growers, Market Tours, Incredible musical artists, Kids races & activities, Roaming Artists, Not to mention the Nuts, and much more.

Stall Fees

 

Powered Stalls (Friday & Saturday Combined)

 

Your 3x3 Stall space with the power you require is a total of $250.

If you need a 6x3 space, the total cost is $350.

 

Non-Powered Stalls

  • Friday Only:

    • 3m x 3m Space: $70

    • 6m x 3m Space: $140

  • Saturday Only:

    • 3m x 3m Space: $100

    • 6m x 3m Space: $200

Setup (Bump In) Information

  • Friday Bump In: You are welcome to come in and set up from 9:30 AM on Friday. No vehicle movement after 12:00 PM (noon).

  • Saturday Bump In: Setup starts at 7:00 AM. No vehicle movement after 8:30 AM.

Crucial Note on Traffic: There is strictly no traffic movement within the festival ground after the deadlines until advised by Wandi Nut Festival committee members. No exemptions will be made.

Stall applications are competitive so... what do we look for?

  • Stalls with great products that fit in with/compliment the theme of the festival and overall mix of stalls.

  • Great stall aesthetics.

  • The festival is about promoting our area, we will prioritise local stall holders. Stall from outside this region will be placed on a waiting list and notified if we have space.

  • Application MUST contain

  • Evidence of Public Liability insurance, with a minimum of $10 million cover.

  • 1 to 2 Photos of your stall set up and products.

  • All Food Handling, Workcover and Alpine Shire requirements must be met. To check your obligations please visit: https://streatrader.health.vic.gov.au/

  • That you have 100% recyclable and minimal packaging. No glass. 

  • No bottled water for sale – no exceptions.

  • That you are friendly, organised, flexible and have attached all of the required paperwork.
